Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We don’t accept cancellations after 24 hours of purchased

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We do not accept returns for:

Perishable products (flowers)

Intimate Skincare Products(for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale.

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS OR FEDEX. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn’t happen often, but it can happen.

All initial bulk orders $50 and over will require a signature. So please make sure that you are able to sign for your package when it arrives.
In any event if your package was return to us, you would have to pay a reshipment fee.
Before contacting our customer service department for tracking, please check your spam. Once order has been received by the carrier, it is no longer in our possession.

We do not offer pick up at this time.
All wholesale orders processing time is 5-10 business days. This does not include weekends, holidays and shipping time. All orders are processed in the order we received them.

All orders under 24hr processing time may be modified that is equal to the original purchase. Any orders will not be able to change after the 24hr window.
